More wabi-sabi at street level. I shot this down the street from Ryokan Shimaya in Kyoto, a very cozy trad-style inn where Anna and I stayed quite happily during our time there. We liked it so much that we ended up extending our visit a couple of times. If you plan to go to Kyoto, we recommend it.
